ST Parent advice corner: Any suggestions on how to deal with a child who is too nonchalant about her "accidents" when she pees herself?

Kid's been potty trained for ten months and is good about it normally, but the last month has seen a spike in accidents where she really should have known better. When we discuss it, she isn't taking it seriously or correctively, so we're kinda baffled how to play it. Can't punish a kid for a true accident, but she's just stopped thinking about it in certain situations.
