You are way, way overthinking this. They're not going to note in your file that you were unhappy.

If anything they'll note to go out of the way to make you happy in the future.
If you are worried they are going to screw up your car on purpose there are *huge* liability issues there and the employee would be fired immediately.
If everyone on ST tells you something, you should follow it.
