you got it. our gaming comission is totally Nevada centered. this is partially why I have to drive to Ca. to play Powerball. casino's are scared of

the lotteries, where I see it as a monopoly they can pass into law focussed on them with the advantage, basically: ALL LOTTERY SALES ARE DONE IN CASINO'S.
no 7-11 or other place which is normal in all the other states.
