I think my anger is directed to the assumption that its okay to treat the cheap people like shit

why can't they give good customer service? why make their seats uncomfortable, provide a great service along with their cheap tickets.
*shrug* - I am as thrifty as I come but they really treated me so shabbily last time that I won't go back
