Before doing any of them, set your agility up. If you're on your hunter use your Bones of Eao. On any character, use Mida. Or use a sword, the different perspective helps some people.

On the ships, after the first jump you can just walk off the ship you're on onto the next two ships.

I can be of no help for the puzzle with the exotic chest.
