He had a son, with a black CIA officer. And yes he looks like Sam Jackson...but it's not Ultimate Nick...
it's actually rather smart, there's a huge wave of fans who only know Sam Jackson Nick Fury....so we have him in the a lot of the books...and the old one is still around for old people....
