Maybe but when they do vote against their interests it's not going cost them access to health care. They'll still be rich and have every opportunity -- (edited)

they had the day before. The poor voting against their interests makes their life much more difficult.
The rich can afford to vote liberal and they should. I'm pretty sure they're well informed about which candidate is going to make them more money or allow them to keep more of what they earn. Some just don't care and vote for the best interests of the people and not their own best interests. They can afford to do that, the poor can't.
