1. The builder's response and action is still slow, inconsistent, and frustrating. They simply aren't treating this as seriously as they should.
2. We've learned that the water infiltration is NOT limited to my parent's house. At least several other houses by this builder in this neighborhood have (to varying degrees, none as bad my parent's that we've found so far) infiltration issues.

Fun times.
