yes, but originally Rice only got 2 games and the backlash from the video ended up getting him fully suspended.

I'm not saying people should be punished twice by the NFL. Just that the NFL needs to get stuff right the first time especially when it comes to domestic violence. Just because Hardy isn't in jail it doesn't mean he shouldn't be. If the NFL had this info they should have suspended him.
