Went to a college volleyball yesterday and my ex-wife lost her phone.

My daughter's choir was singing the national anthem at the beginning of the game. It was the OSU Beavers versus the Cal Bears. So it was a whole family affair. I took the kids and my ex-wife came with her husband.

Let me tell you, I didn't think it would happen, but you eventually get tired of watching college girls in volleyball shorts.

Further aside: many years ago I posted to FB a picture of my son's pre-k class. A friend from back in Montreal posted "I've never seen so many blonde people in my life." That's what it felt like watching these two teams play. OSU crushed CAL 3 sets to none.

Aaaanyway... My ex-wife and her husband stayed only for the national anthem and then left. A bit later she texted me - from her computer - that she must have lost her phone and asked me to look around for it. I couldn't see it and I could tell she was distressed. I told her to use the Android "find my phone" function but at first she thought it wouldn't work because she always has the GPS off and the ringer was off. But, of course, you can turn it on remotely with Find My Phone. She activated the ringing alert and I found it two rows down. It's funny because everyone could hear it ringing and kept checking their phones.
