Gilmore Girls early season 4 spoiler question.

How were they going to make a show around Jess? I hate him. Does anyone that watched that show not dislike him? He's horrible.

Now if he was in prison I might watch that show.

Also is this episode the one where he goes out to see his Father on the West Coast the one you thought was a Jess Show pilot?

Can I safely assume he's going to no longer plague this show anymore?
