Yes, and they aren't going to get one. Danny Williams can suck a cod after his ABC campaign chased three good MPs from the province.

He had a senior minister (Hearn) and Fabian Manning would have been an obvious choice as well, even with Hearn's retirement (mostly due to not wanting to lose).
Choices have ramifications. Newfoundland didn't elect Tories. Tough if they don't get a homeland cab minister.
PEI didn't have a cab min last time. They now elected a Tory. Said Tory will be a cab minister.
That's how it works.
