compiled data on racism - social media posts, actual crimes, etc. - and showed it on a map. I haven't found it yet, but I did find the linked map - it's just twitter posts with racist terms.
to my memory, it's similar to what the one I'm after looked like. it's not that racism doesn't exist everywhere, but it's more likely to manifest in public ways in some areas way more than others.
