Does anyone here know what they are doing selling on ebay? I'm trying to offer free shipping if they buy 5 or more items, but it's not working.

Selling off my diaper stock, for those of you who remember.

Anyway, I went into my ebay, then to account, then to site preferences, then shipping preferences. Check the snip below of my settings.

But when I post my item, shipping is just multiplied by however many items, no matter what I do. Anyone have suggestions what I'm doing wrong?
