That part is better, but the cheating is reportedly worse.

Numerous stories of people being booted to put their team down 3v2.
I haven't played much, but I have seen at least one or two unkillable teleporters.
Also, that level advantages enabled thing isn't much of a factor. You can apparently still be fine using a year one weapon, like Ice Breaker.
