Nope, MMA will not have that type of fight as a main event...

a UFC contender has to be somewhere in the top 5 or so because they can make whatever fights they can...the champs don't get cupcakes.
Even then, if you're a top 10 fighter in the world in your weight class...you don't need much of an opening by anyone to clamp in a submission.
It's what makes Rousey, GSP, or Anderson Silva so dominating that they were able to handle business for years without being challenged.
And even GSP lost to a no-hoper because he slipped on a kick and the guy pounded him to the canvas.
