Okay I have had a question for a couple days. If they knew where ISIS was, why hasn't anyone bombed them there before?

Mostly reaction to headlines, of French Bomb ISIS targets in response to bombing. How do they know just now, and not before. Everyone has been bombing ISIS targets.

It seems like it's a headline only designed to please the populace.
