It's far better than nothing. But I'd still consider having an attorney review it and tailor it to your particular needs.

A standard service agreement takes about 5-10 hours to prepare from scratch, and about a third of that if you start with a template. Personally, I think a lot of "off the shelf" legal contracts are pretty decent. But I also think it's always worth paying an attorney for at least an hour (or two or three) to review it and make sure it fits a person's specific needs and interests.
