I do have a couple of bottles of organic port, purchased because I temporarily forgot I don't really drink (one fantastic sip with a piece of dark chocolate - that's how they got me. twice in a few years. ;p-me). if it's still good, that could be a way to use some of it, maybe for the december holidays. :) -
