Fantasy Football advice needed: What do you do if you have your QB playing your Defence?.......

So for todays game I have Matt Stafford of Detroit who are playing Philadelphia who I have as my starting defence.

If I have a good game from Stafford that likely means a bad game for the defence. Would you change either of the players?
