My top three choices would be:

Pippy + Groiny (not a "couple," but frenemies enough to pull it off).

Trish + Crash (who I think are the most rural couple we have, but Kim + David would be close in the mix).

Mel + Diva, but switch the gender roles; both of them have to dress in drag.
