1. The Doctor (still the best)
2. Chakatoy
3. Tuvok (lot of sneaky humor from him)
4. Seven (She is good, but they overuse her)
5. Harry Kim (He had a couple of powerful ep in Season 5.
6. Tom Paris (I like him, but stop with the 20th Century references)
7. B'lena (She is really underused).
8. Neelix (Much better than the beginning)
9 Janeway (Stop with her whispering!)
