Disney cruises cost a fortune. My friend did it cheaper in May...

there is an option on their website to take 'any available cabin' (you can choose your minimum threshold - like, you want a balcony, etc) but you don't get to choose the specific one, and it comes in quite a bit cheaper.
but at Christmas? that probably won't be available.
