LDB Rules Question...

I'm still in but took an Uber today. The guy had a Christmas Music station on. I almost asked if he could change it but I thought...Screw LDB, bring it. I can handle a 15min car ride but the question arose...

If you have the ability to change what you're forced to listen to...what's the rule on this? I say we play iron Man LBD. Even if you could change the station, if it's not your device - you take your chances.
