My curry uses cubed leftover meat - beef, turkey, chicken, whatever along with

raisins, diced apple, curry powder, flour, water, and maybe a little brown sugar. Sometimes a few frozen peas and served over rice.

Originated in the colonies as a way to disguise slightly aging meat.
