yep, a lot of them have quite a bit of sugar (and salt) to make up for missing caloric fat and other ingredients.

I dream of their products somehow having less sodium, but no breath-holding.
from a way bb post you made: for many people, even pretty high amounts of sodium isn't a thing - for heart and some other patients, plus people with ortho and inflammation issues - like me - reducing can only help matters. in addition to a slew of other foods, it's nuts how much sodium can sometimes be in a small "healthy" entree even - as much or more as multiple servings of some canned soups, which can be bad enough. ugh.
I discovered on my own that, for me, "salt is pain" - I can literally feel the difference when I have more than a moderate amount. it can be as bad as changey weather. combine them, and ow.
