One of the things my mom ordered last year for Christmas too several weeks to arrive. As in it wasn't there for Xmas. I called and complained because

Amazon showed it as in stock and her order hadn't even shipped yet. They refunded shipping and shipped it to my house (it was my present) with 2 days delivery.
Non Prime people get screwed.
