Some folks are complaining about the perceived restrictiveness of this version vs prior version

making it feel more like a diet vs a lifestyle. You can still have anything you want, but if it's a sweet, you can have less of it now, which upsets some people :)

I get that our feelings and moods can play into our interaction with food but, yeah, I don't want group therapy sessions and I'm not journaling my emotions (not that they asked me to, but I'm wary!)
