Not at all! You will need to refrigerate the dough for a few hours, though. Don't know how quickly you want these done.

Ok! If you keep the dough a little thicker when rolling it out, you'll end up with softer cookies. They'll be on the crunchier side if you roll it too

If you want the gingerbread taste but don't want to bother with rolling out the dough or using a cookie cutter, you could always make these.
