I cook mine for the lower amount of time (actually, I might have set the timer for 7 minutes rather than 8) so the cookies would be on the soft side. If you are using small cutters/making small cookies, they will cook quicker, so just keep an eye on them.

- Ok! If you keep the dough a little thicker when rolling it out, you'll end up with softer cookies. They'll be on the crunchier side if you roll it too - kelly Dec 12, 08:46 1
