Not at all! You will need to refrigerate the dough for a few hours, though. Don't know how quickly you want these done.

I cook mine for the lower amount of time (actually, I might have set the timer for 7 minutes rather than 8) so the cookies would be on the soft side. If you are using small cutters/making small cookies, they will cook quicker, so just keep an eye on them.
