like security clearance checks are routinely rubber stamped and once shit happens and they look back its like WTF, this guy should not have been cleared with these red flags, like Snowden, Manning, or that mass shooter at the Navy yard in DC all had issues that should have/would have disqualified them *if* they had just done their job in checking.
