I'm not going to be greedy here. with $35k I could pay off *all* of my debts (student loans, car) except my mortgage. so I would say that half that
|
makes a difference in my life. I would refi the rest and have *much* lower monthly obligations which would negate the massive property and school tax increases we have coming in the next four years.
