Rant: I bought new sneakers for work and they were fine for a day but now the right one is creasing at the part where the laces start and it's

killing my big toe. The left shoe is fine but the right one hurts so bad that I can't wear them. It bends right at the top of my big toe and the repeated pushing has really started to hurt now. I tried stretching the shoe yesterday and left it overnight with a big ball of socks in it trying to stretch that part a bit but it's not working. I'm starting to worry I have a new pair of sneakers I won't be able to wear.
I've owned many pairs of these and this is the first time I've had it crease like this where it just kills my foot. Normally they're super comfortable. I'm back to wearing my old worn out sneakers until I can figure out what to do.
