If you don't know the pre-sale numbers for Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday...etc etc...

and we already heard early this week that Xmas Day is like the 3rd most popular pre-sale day so it's already a portion pushed into a non-important time frame for opening predictions.

SW7 is going to be huge. This metric is new so conclusions are shaky at best, and all the various measures aren't going to apply until it's better defined.

Not a hate on SW7 as much as a clear look at the nature of this new measurement tool.
