The Anakin injuries in Sith are by far the worst thing in the series. Similar to that, the Finn injuries are a bit intense.
The planet(s) destruction gets a bit more personal as we see people there witnessing their end.
But of course, the big one. In Star Wars (except in Sith), the good guys always win, or at least live on. This one is hard.
