And he's on the autistic chart. This year has been rough on him and so when he feels bad he likes to read Christmas cards. Natale who works in my store tweeted to Dan Slott (writer of Spider-man comics) and Carrie Fisher about Jack and that he would like Xmas cards from everyone. They retweeted it. He's got over 1000 cards. Natalie invited them to the store and we gathered about 80 cards for him. Sheriff department came by and let him sit in the car and turn on the lights. Cosplayers came and danced with him, some of my artist customers did pictures of Spider-man for him. And he just loved it...
Just a super nice kid. He befriended everyone in the store, and everyone who came in the store to shop. He made one lady sit down with him and look at his CHristmas Card. He made some biker guy dance to DMC Christmas music.
I was busy with keeping the sales going with the regular customers and helping them stay out of the way of Jack and the rest of the people. Jack, I guess figured he realized he hadn't said hello to me. So he came behind the counter and I kneeled down. He took off my hat and he saw I had no hair..so he grabbed some bubble wrap and tried to put on my head for a few minutes. Then put a piece of bubble wrap between us and put his head to my head... people were cracking up...
