"Okay, Bond, here's the scenario: you're tailing a terrorist ringleader on foot through crowded streets during a festival. The public is distracted and your prey is old and non-athletic, so you immediately..."
"Halt and lock eyes with him."
"Halt?"
"Old Italians are very dangerous. Plus it's unlikely I could keep up with him."
"Well, I suppose the crowd could present an obstacle. But now you've followed him to a large plaza and the crowd has cleared and is focused on a helicopter landing to pick up the terrorist. You-"
"Immediately attack his guards and the helicopter."
"Having your face caught on camera and described to the police by thousands of witnesses might be detrimental to you and our program, Bond, but let's say you had no time. Now you're in the helicopter with a pilot and the terrorist. You-"
"Start getting my ass kicked."
"What?"
"As I said, old Italians are very dangerous. And it's a bumpy ride."
"For both of you. Well, let's say he has the upper hand for a moment, but then you recover and subd-"
"Kick him out of the helicopter."
"Not subdue?"
"These muscles are trained for pulling triggers, not grappling."
"Well, I guess the license to kill would be wasted if we just captured all our enemies. Now, you're above a plaza crowded with thousands of innocent civilians, in a helicopter that is on fire because of a flare gun, and it's just you and the pilot, so you-"
"Immediately attack him."
"The unarmed pilot flying the helicopter."
"Italian pilots have no sense of self-preservation. Plus: license to kill."
"Very well. It's now just you in a disabled helicopter hovering above a crime scene, so you immediately-"
"Take a leisurely skyline tour of the city with a smile on my face."
