I think there is very little doubt she is a Skywalker. The question is how. Lets start with the obvious she is Han and Leia's daughter who was hidden from them possibly by Luke. She is a daughter of Leia through someone else other than Han. She could be Luke's daughter. Also another theory you could throw out there She is the Grandaughter of Anakin/Darth Vader through someone else other than Padame.
