This guy doesn't even leave a notice. Daughter had tracking that said it "was out for delivery." When it didn't arrive she went to the PO the next

day to look for it. They miraculously found it in the back. A woman in line who gets regular business packages says she often has them returned for incorrect address - from a regular vendor who addresses them the same way every time.
