After the death of Riley by Jessie, Sarah goes to kill Jessie, Kyle says he'll do it.
After that they agree to meet in the desert and Sarah and John go to meet up with Dean Winters character. Where Sarah is gonna leave him since she found a lump in breast (turns out to be a tracking device)...Dean Winters gets killed....John escpaes...
