So, my tactic for Ike is, instead of clustering colonies, found them in a strip towards the center, so I get nearer to more ST people

I might end up abandoning my easternmost colonies and refounding them in more centric places once I am at 4-5 islands, so I "move" my cluster. You get a partial material refund for destroying buildings, so it wouldn't be a disastrous waste.

Makes sense?
