the characterization of both Poe and Phasma
the latter had no purpose in the film that couldn't have been filled by random "First Order Trooper #8", and the former was criminally underwritten to the point where I think they're intentionally trying to hide something
that and a few instances of really chunky dialogue brought it down some for me
