Has it been mention here yet, Jeff Garcia signed 1 year, really low pay contract with the Raiders to be #2 QB.

He lives near San Jose in Gilroy and stated the main reason for his decision was not wanting to move his huge family across the country. He also grew up a Raiders fan in the area. He met with Al Davis at Raiders training headquarters yesterday. Nice interview on the news last night.
