I think in this case that hits the nail on the head. There is no question that there are debt collection companies that do their job in accordance

with the law and act respectfully. But the industry is disproportionately (to other industries) filled with many companies that don't. The article and the comments here weren't a comment on your company or how you did your job. They were a comment on how a meaningful portion of the industry does its job and how the cards are stacked in their favor.
