and had like 200+ empty slots of citizens, I had to just stop doing stuff for a while to catch up.

Responses:

I just wait till Im up to the max then upgrade my town hall -- nm - eag Apr 7, 08:02 2
- I have 2 towns that are lvl 8 a 6 a 5 and a 4 -- nm - eag Apr 7, 08:04 1
  - change that lvl 7 instead of 6 and 2 lvl 5's -- nm - eag Apr 7, 08:09
