A butcher or carniceria (Mexican butcher) with a deli. I'm talking pure practicality here, considering what other buinesses are nearby. It's just odd that we don't have such a service nearby.
Since the space is too big for that, then we can split the property and have a pub or restaurant/bar also. Mixing it with something fun, why not? :-)
