He's making fun of me...
I had a really bad insulin reaction a few weeks ago, and I asked him to get the maple syrup out of the fridge for me because I couldn't stand to drink one more glass of juice so I figured some syrup in between the lips/gums would do the trick. After looking in the fridge for a minute or so, he said, "I don't see any maple syrup! All I see is 'pancake and waffle syrup!" and I almost lost it laughing. I would have figured he would have known that was what I was talking about!!
