Spoils

She met Leia after that point and met Luke after that point.

Both are "family" even in the strictest sense. So that supports either interpretation, but doesn't disprove either interpretation.

She also is "home" in the Falcon, with Chewie who is "family" in a looser sense and she is in Han's seat as pilot which could be seen as symbolic of their relationship as father/daughter.

Yes, there was no dialogue to support her being Han and Leia's daughter, but there was also no dialogue to support Luke as her father. Her paternity can be fairly inferred either way with what the film explicitly said.

But just based on the storytelling structure that was used, the style of storytelling being used and the echoes to the original trilogy, I think the stronger argument is Rey being Leia's daughter.

I may be wrong. I do know some early script treatments had that being the case and they may have held that back for Ep. 8 so we get an echo scene of Rey saying "No, Ren, I'm you're sister!" to echo the Vader/Luke scene from Empire.

And as an aside, if you'd told me 2 years ago that I would enjoy being hip deep in Star Wars trivia and speculation, I'd have laughed at you. I am so thrilled that this movie has captured what I enjoyed about the original trilogy so well.
