if her parentage is meant to be a big climactic reveal in episode 8, it definitely isn't going to be luke. the audience would shrug and say , "no shit."
if she really is luke's daughter, it will be revealed immediately in the next movie without much fanfare.
(also, smeagol was snoke! simon pegg was the junk dude.)
