I still feel like they got screwed by the judge on that ruling and could have had enough evidence to implicate the ex. I would need to see more of the evidence of the case that's about him but there seemed to be enough that you could argue he had opportunity and a direct connection. Possibly a motive as well.
I need to run out but I really want to discuss this more later.
